Terms & Conditions

This terms and conditions are made by and between Lucid Box Films and the client in order to pursue the following terms and conditions. The Client and Lucid Box Films hereby agree to the following:

1. Lucid Box Films will use its best efforts to create high-quality videos and photographs and make the client satisfied.

2. After the approval of the client's specifications, Lucid Box Films shall submit an invoice of non-refundable 50% security deposit of the full amount due upon the client's acceptance. Available payment options are Paypal, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle (Bank of America), or a check. Contact for more

3. Lucid Box Films shall deliver the final product file to the client via Google Drive with a license to use the product for the purposes of marketing the Client's businesses without any limits by Lucid Box Films within the time period of 24-72 hours. The turn-around time may take more than 72 hours if the Client has custom requests. All video products consist of the client's desired logo and Lucid Box Films logo. Upon a request by the Client, Lucid Box Films logo can be removed under the right circumstances.

4. The Client and Lucid Box Films agree that the Client gets a maximum of three revisions. After the limit, the Client shall deposit Lucid Box Films 10% of the full amount of the product each time of the revision occurs. However, if such revisions are made by Lucid Box Films, Clients shall get the revision with no counts and fees.

5. (This is Applicable for Premium option user only) - The vehicle will be rented and paid under the Client. Lucid Box Films shall not be paid for any of the premium options. You must have a valid driving license and be at least 21 years old. Some cars may require the renter to be at least 25 years old and as high as 30, especially with exotic cars. The vehicle Make and Models will be suggested by Lucid Box Films, but it can be chosen by the Client. The Vehicle will be rented through Turo. Lucid Box Films is not affiliated with the company. Under the request by the Client, other rental services can be used as well.
